Styles for every app
Four built-in styles: Email, Chat, Document and Notes. The speech to text Chrome extension picks the style by the site you are on: Gmail gets Email, Slack gets Chat, Google Docs and Notion get Document. On Pro and Team you can create up to 20 custom styles, such as a support reply style or a sales follow-up style, with your own tone and structure.

Dictionary and snippets
Add names, brands and jargon once and they are spelled right every time. Snippets let you say a short phrase, like "my calendar link", and insert the full text. Personal includes a dictionary of up to 200 words and 10 snippets. Pro raises the dictionary to 2,000 words with unlimited snippets. Team adds a shared team dictionary.
Languages
English plus Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Dutch and more, with automatic language detection on every recording. Pro and Team can translate while dictating: speak in one language, get the text in another.
Keyboard shortcuts
Hold to talk, toggle recording, insert last result again and undo last insert, in the extension and the web app, with defaults you can change. Setup per device is on dictation for Mac and voice to text for Windows.
History and export
Every result is saved to your history so you can copy it again later. Personal keeps 30 days of history. Pro keeps unlimited history with search and exports it as TXT, DOCX or CSV. You can switch history off completely on any plan.
Privacy
Audio is processed to produce text and deleted right after transcription. It is never used to train models. Text history is encrypted at rest, you can delete all your data in one click, and your data is not sold. Details are on is voice typing private.

Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up at any time and the new limits apply right away. The price difference for the rest of the period is charged when you upgrade.
Is there a refund?
Payments are final. Exceptions are a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service. You can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid period.
