What an AI minute is

An AI minute is one minute of your recorded speech, transcribed, cleaned and styled. Short dictations count by the second, so a 20 second reply uses a third of a minute. At a normal speaking pace one minute is about 130 to 150 words.

What happens when you reach your limit

Your panel shows the minutes used today and this month. When you reach the daily cap, dictation pauses until the next day. When you use the monthly allowance, it pauses until your next billing month starts. If you regularly need more, move to a higher plan at any time. There are no top-ups, credits or pay as you go charges.

Upgrades and plan changes

Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly takes effect after the difference is paid. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

Team plan from 3 seats

The Team plan starts at 3 seats. Add or remove seats from the admin panel, and every invoice is issued to your company with your billing details. See how it works for your team in dictation software for teams.

Cancel any time

Cancel from your account whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew.

Payments are final

We do not offer refunds for unused time. We refund only a double charge, a charge you did not authorize, or a period when the service did not work at all. Read the full refund policy.

FAQ

Is there a plan without a monthly fee?

No. VoiceTyping is a subscription. You can try it once on the homepage without an account, and when you want to keep dictating, choose Personal, Pro or Team.

Why is the yearly price half of the monthly price?

Paying for a year up front lets us plan capacity, so we pass the saving to you. Every plan costs 50% less per month when billed yearly.

How many words do I get?

Personal includes about 55,000 words a month, Pro about 125,000 and Team about 200,000 per seat, based on a normal speaking pace.

Can I switch between Personal and Pro?

Yes. Upgrade at any time and pay the difference right away. Downgrades apply from your next billing period.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. Every payment comes with a receipt, and Team accounts get invoices with your company details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
